What new ceramics have you added to your collection this year that you can’t live without now?

I finally got a Heidi Casto cup. It has an outrageous but perfect handle decorated like a fox tail, to compliment its body that wraps the from. Its intuitive nature really inspires my work.

Why Clay?

Navigating my practice with a medium like clay is the closest thing I've found that resonates with my upbringing on a fluctuating dairy. The sweat and dirt, fragile large vessels, the persistent dedication built within the community and the roles we find ourselves in for the sake of sharing what we love is very unique. It is a lifestyle I would choose over and over again.
