What's your favorite go to recipe? What ceramic piece do you serve it in?  

It’s not really a recipe but I’ve been into “oyster happy hour” with friends, and I love serving freshly shucked oysters on Paul Eshelman’s large rectangular tray.

Why Clay?

I am obsessed with food and I love everything to do with food including creating dishes. I also think that process of working with clay, manipulating raw materials into final piece is similar to cooking.
