What new ceramics have you added to your collection? 

I'm obsessed with my my new Dominique Ostuni mug. I love the textures, luster and making up a story to go along with the little pictures and hits of text that surround the form. I also love my Naomi Peterson mug. It was such a fun piece to get in the mail because it was so much more intricate and delicate than I realized when I saw them online. It's a gorgeous little piece.

Share the most significant thing that happened to you and your work/studio practice in 2022?

In 2022 I was commissioned by Chef Jenner Tomaska, and created a custom set of dishes for his Michelin star restaurant Esme, in Chicago! The plates were a part of a special 14 course menu celebrating Kitchen Possible, a non profit organization in Chicago focused on building empowered mindsets with children through cooking. The plates were sculpted to look like a full piece of double sided lined notebook paper, and featured the ingredient list for Clam Chowder from The Joy of Cooking.
